Three Italian players won the FIP Rise in Sandigliano (Italy): Marco Cassetta, paired with Spanish José Luis Gonzalez, and Giulia Sussarello and Emily Stellato, queens of the women’s draw. Victory went to both pairs of number 1 seeded players: Cassetta (who with this title is approaching the top 100, he is now 102) and Gonzalez (who climbed to number 82, +3) gave up only three games (6-1 6-2) to Jaume Romera and Pau Miñano, while in the women’s tournament Sussarello and Stellato won 6-2 6-4 in the final over Eugenia Guimet and Ainara Pozuelo.
