CUPRA FIP Tour back in the Comunitat Valenciana: many top 100 at Finestrat

The CUPRA FIP Tour 2025 gets into full swing. After the first two tournaments in Australia and the one in Mondeville (France), the FIP Bronze La Cala is scheduled to take place this weekend in Finestrat, Comunitat Valenciana (Spain). Like last year, there are two draws on the programme, one men’s and one women’s, both with 32 pairs. Among the men, the number 1 seed will be two top 100 in the FIP ranking: Spanish Alvaro Cepero, number 45, and Argentinean Agustin Torre, number 99.
On the other side of the main draw will be Spanish Alejandro Tasa Van Beek and Javi Rico, the latter last year’s winner paired with Juanlu Esbri (photo). Among the women, however, the number 1 seed are Spanish Lucia Peralta (74) and Ariadna Cañellas (62), followed by other Spanish Monica Gomez (76) and Brazilian Manuela Schuck (65). At stake for the winning pairs are 40 FIP ranking points.
