Doha, Hossam and Lacamoire chasing their fifth Rise win in 2024

Qatar is set to host another exciting stage of the CUPRA FIP Tour with the FIP Rise in Doha. The tournament features two draws, one for men and one for women, offering 31 ranking points for the winners. Semifinals are scheduled for Saturday, with the finals on Sunday.

In the men’s draw, the top-seeded duo of Youssef Hossam and Julian Lacamoire is aiming for their fifth FIP Rise title of the season following victories in D-Bay, Cairo, Riyadh, and last season’s Doha event.

There’s also great anticipation for the women’s draw, where British pair Catherine Rose and Aimee Gibson are the favorites. Gibson enters fresh off her win at the FIP Rise in Manila. Meanwhile, in the lower half of the draw, the second-seeded Portuguese team of Catarina Vilela and Clarinha Santos is determined to secure their first circuit title.
