India: Delhi “speaks” Spanish with victories by Alsina-Altimires and Santamaria-Solan

A remarkable achievement by Spaniards Pol Alsina and Edu Altimires Ros at the FIP Promotion India tournament, held at Bennett University in Delhi. The unseeded Spanish duo triumphed in the final against French pair Arthur Hugounenq and Thomas Seux (6-4, 7-5), who were the No. 2 seeds. In the women’s competition, the title was claimed by Spanish players Ainize Santamaria Landa and Aitana Solan Domenech. They defeated the team of Japanese player Kotomi Ozawa and Elizabeth Nogueras Lorenz in the final (3-6, 6-1, 6-2).
