Beau Plan, CUPRA FIP Tour lands in the Mauritius archipelago

The CUPRA FIP Tour continues its international expansion and, for the first time, arrives in Mauritius with the FIP Star Beau Plan in Mon Rocher. This event marks a historic milestone for padel in the archipelago. The tournament will award 62 FIP points to the winners and will reach its peak this weekend with an intense schedule featuring 44 pairs competing in two draws, men’s and women’s.

In the men’s draw, 31 pairs will contend for the title. Leading the seeding are the No. 1 seeds, Aitor Garcia Bassas (99) and Miguel Angel Solbes (73), who will start their journey directly from the round of 16 thanks to a bye. The women’s main draw, comprising 13 pairs, sees the Spanish players Marta Arellano and Laura Luján Rodríguez as favorites. Coming off an elimination at the Dubai Premier Padel P1, they are eager to make a comeback. Watch out, though, for the second-seeded pair, Carla Touly and Ana Dominguez Gracia.
