United Arab Emirates, flattering fifth place ahead of Brazil. All settled behind the top four

In the men’s tournament of the FIP World Padel Championships, the United Arab Emirates finished just behind the magnificent four. Thanks to the victories of Jofre-Icardo and Ayats-Jurado, respectively against Krames-Freitas Julianoti and Gomes-Da Cunha, the Emirates secured a valuable fifth place in the world rankings, with Brazil finishing in sixth place.

After missing the chance to reach the semifinals, France focused on the match for the 7th-8th place, winning against Mexico 2-1 with the decisive point from Bergeron-Fonteny, who overcame Martinez-Molina in three tightly contested sets (2-6, 7-6, 7-5). Sweden took ninth place with a solid 2-0 victory over the Netherlands (tenth), while Belgium, by defeating Uruguay 2-1, finished in 11th place, with the South Americans in 12th. Finally, the United States secured 13th place thanks to a 2-0 win over Mexico (14), and Paraguay finished in 15th place due to their 2-0 victory over Qatar.
