CUPRA FIP Finals 2024: the elite of world Padel in France from December 11 to 15

Forty-eight pairs will compete in the final event of the 2024 CUPRA FIP Tour, which will feature the top padel players worldwide. The CUPRA FIP Finals will take place from December 11 to 15 in Grand Bourg, France, in an event organized by the International Padel Federation with the support of the French Tennis Federation (FFT).

This highly anticipated event will mark the grand finale of the prestigious FIP circuit’s extensive year, which in 2024 will have reached over 100 “combined” tournaments held worldwide. A total of 24 men’s pairs and 24 women’s pairs will compete, with 185 FIP ranking points and € 90.000 in prize money on the line, divided equally between men and women.

Fifteen pairs will gain direct entry; in addition, three spots will be reserved for South American pairs, two for North American pairs, one for an Asian pair, and one for an African pair. Finally, two wild cards will be given to the host federation. There are no ranking limits for entering the tournament: the entry list will be drawn up after the entry deadline, using the ranking valid at that time.

On Wednesday, December 11, sixteen opening matches will kick off the competition on the courts of Ainterexpo in Bourg-en-Bresse. Both Wednesday and Thursday will offer free admission to the public. The week will build up to the Grand Final on Sunday, December 15, when the finalist pairs will compete for the title on the Central Court which has a capacity of 1.300 fans.
