Premier Padel and Cupra FIP Tour: updates to the 2024 calendar

In response to feedback from players and stakeholders, and following discussions between FIP and Premier Padel, strategic changes have been made to the upcoming Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour and CUPRA FIP Tour, Platinum and Gold tournament schedules. The planned Premier Padel Sweden P2 will not take place in October. This will ensure better spacing and more balanced intervals during a particularly busy period for players.

The revised October tournament schedule for the CUPRA FIP Tour, Platinum and Gold tournaments with the FIP Platinum Marbella scheduled for mid-October.

As explained by Premier Padel in the press release issued today, “fans can look forward to more exhilarating action across the remaining 10 Premier Padel tournaments – including the Paris and Mexico Majors – and culminating with the Qatar Airways Premier Padel Finals in Barcelona at the end of December at the iconic Palau Sant Jordi. There will be further announcements on new sponsorships and partnership and more to follow on the phased roll-out of Premier Padel’s player portal – a first of its kind digital platform for professional padel players – designed to transform the experience for all athletes participating on the tour”.
