FIP Rise Pala Padel Nola, CUPRA’s first time in Campania

For the first time, the CUPRA FIP Tour makes a stop in Campania. The southern Italian region and the city in the province of Naples are hosting the FIP Rise Pala Padel Nola, with two draws – one for men and one for women – of 32 pairs each and many players ready to take the court to win the titles. Among the men, José Luis Gonzalez (number 83 in the FIP ranking) and Jairo Bautista (41) lead the entry list; on the other side, as number 2, Miguel Angel Solbes (63) and Carlos Marti (77). Curiosity also for the Italian pairs: among the seeded players are Denis Perino (paired with Argentine Dylan Demian Cuello), Di Giovanni/Cremona (6) and Cattaneo/Sinicropi (7). Also on court are Giulio Graziotti and Flavio Abbate, former winners of the FIP Rise in Kaunas (Lithuania) and Rocks Lane (UK).

The number 1 seed in the women’s draw are Noemi Aguilar Carrillo (ranking number 69) and Letizia Maria Manquillo (67), followed by Ana Varo (80) and Lorena Alonso De Lera (72), also like Graziotti and Abbate winners in London. After the end of the qualifying draw, the main draw will be played from Friday with the round of 32: round of 16 and quarterfinals on Saturday, semifinals and finals on Sunday.
