FIP Rise Monaco, third title in 2024 for Santigosa and Collado

After their two titles in Sweden, Daniel Santigosa and Guillermo Collado struck again. The young Spaniards, already victorious in two stages of the CUPRA FIP Tour, both in Gothenburg, repeated themselves at the Grimaldi Forum in Monte Carlo, becoming champions of the FIP Rise Monaco. In the final, Santigosa and Collado – number 5 seeded players – beat the French Dylan Guichard and Bastien Blanqué, number 3 on the draw, in three sets with a score of 6-4 4-6 6-1. In the semifinals, however, the tournament winners were forced to come back from a set down to 4-6 6-4 7-6 over Adrian Marques and Candido Jorge Alfaro.
