FIP Promotion Ciudad de Jaén, two top 100 in the women’s draw

The CUPRA FIP Tour also makes a weekend stop in Jaén (Spain), Andalusia, the venue for a FIP Promotion that will feature a 32-pairs men’s draw and a 20-pairs women’s draw.

After the qualifiers, the main draw will be played from Friday, which among the women will feature two players in the top 100 of the FIP ranking: Lucia Perez Parra (93), the tournament’s number 2 seed along with Elena De La Rosa Ramos, and Lucia Garcia Trella, number 100, who leads the entry list along with Alba Perez Momha, just outside the top 100.

In the men’s draw, however, Luis Pozo Carballo (127) and Juan José Dominguez lead the seedind. There is also great curiosity for Juan Zamorà Perez, Under 16 World Champion with Spain, who will take the court with a wild card.
