There are also many Italian players at the top of the national rankings and silver medalists at the last FIP European Padel Championships: from Simone Cremona (with Jaume Romera, seeded number 2) to Simone Iacovino and Lorenzo Di Giovanni (3) to Riccardo Sinicropi. Also in the top 5 seeds is the very young “Coquito” Zamora (2008) with José David Sanchez and Adrian Rodriguez/Gonzalo Perez.

Leading the women’s draw are the talented Spanish Lucia Garcia (20) and the very young Amanda Lopez (class of 2008), one of the most promising pairs on the CUPRA FIP Tour. Next up, the home pair of Chiara Pappacena and Giulia Sussarello, great protagonists of the silver medal at the FIP European Padel Championships in Cagliari and bronze at the FIP World Padel Championships in Doha, as well as the other Italian Martina Parmigiani, number 3 in the women’s draw with Giulia Dal Pozzo, one of the most interesting Italian NextGens of the last two seasons. And then Raquel Segura with Carolina Petrelli, Caterina Baldi with Erika Zanchetta and the French pair Jessica Ginier Barbier/Lucile Pothier.
