Egypt III, Clarissa Aima and Giorgia Rosi win in Cairo and take their first international title of 2025

Clarissa Aima and Giorgia Rosi won the third FIP Bronze of the year in Egypt. The Italian duo, ranked 141 and 150, had reached the quarterfinals at the FIP Bronze in Nola last week. In the final, they won 6-4 6-2 against Brazilian Manuela Schuck and Swiss player Karin Hechenberger (who won the FIP Bronze in Manila last month), the top seeds of the tournament.

“We are very happy to win this nice tournament. We feel good about the future, Clarissa was amazing. Thanks to those who put up with me every day,” said Giorgia Rosi after the win.
