Curitiba, Debut with victory for the Dominguez-Rubini pair

The CUPRA FIP Tour was back in action in Brazil this weekend, and the pair formed by Facundo Dominguez (finalist in the FIP Rise Porto de Sant’Elpidio in 2024) and Juan Rubini (finalist in the FIP Platinum de Puebla in March) won the FIP Silver in Curitiba.

The two, born in 1997 and 2006, achieved their first international win of 2025 in their debut tournament as a pair. The decisive victory was against the Brazilian pair De Avila-Cunha, with a score of 6-2 7-6, allowing them to reach positions 73 and 105, continuing their steady rise in the FIP ranking.
