From Ecuador to Portugal and the Philippines: Triple event for young padel talents

The 2025 FIP Promises circuit continues, and this weekend there are three more events scheduled, one in Ecuador, one in Portugal, and one in the Philippines: the FIP Promises of Guayaquil I, the FIP Promises of Elvas, and the FIP Promises of Manila. The young padel talents are ready to be in the spotlight again in these three countries.

 

In the Guayaquil tournament, both men’s and women’s categories will compete, Under 14, Under 16, and Under 18. Among the youngest, the leaders are Juan Jose Dapelo/Mathias Palacios and Melannie Del Rio/Gaetana Pazminño. The top-seeded pair in Under 16 are Matthews Casanova/Mateo Herrera and Amelia Salazar/Fiorella Salazar. In Under 18, the leading pairs are David Agüero/Nicolás López and Isabella Gaviria/Mila Salazar.

 

Many young talents have also signed up for the Elvas tournament, which will feature the same men’s and women’s categories. Among the younger players, Salvador Condenso/Xavier Ré and Fernanda Guimarães/Isabel Lerneby are competing, while in Under 14, we have Christian Mendez/Joel Pedrero and Andrea Achando/Beatriz Gueiral. In Under 16, the pairs are Javier Merino/Lucca Carlesso and Amaya Sanchez/Marta Sanchez. Among the older players, the top contenders are Alvaro Marroyo/Fabio Da Costa and Laura Moreno/Leire Flores.

 

In Manila, the pairs Noel Zoleta/Pavel Federov and Natalia Fariñas/Roma Azadbakht will compete in Under 12, while in Under 14, we have Noel Zoleta/Andre Zoleta and Crissandra Torres/Cianne Leighton. In the men’s Under 16 and Under 18 categories, the leading pairs are Artem Fedorov/Aleksandr Zoleta and Matvey Fedorov/Mario Wongsuwan.
