International Padel Federation steps up efforts to fight competition manipulation

The International Padel Federation (FIP), together with its National Federations, the players’ associations, and the Professional Padel Players Coaches Association (PPPCA), is at the forefront of the fight against match-fixing.
Organized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) Unit for the Prevention of Manipulation of Competitions (OM Unit PMC), the webinar focused on sport integrity and the prevention of competition manipulation. Following a previous session on anti-doping in collaboration with the International Testing Agency (ITA), this initiative underscores FIP’s commitment to raising awareness of the padel community on another critical issue—particularly within the framework of its Olympic ambitions.
The webinar featured two key sessions: one in English led by Evangelos Alexandrakis, Senior Policy & Institutional Relations Manager, and another in Spanish presented by Laura Valle, Awareness-Raising Officer.
