The draws. Coello and Tapia start against Cardona and Navarro. Sainz/Llaguno for Josemaria and Sanchez

It was the hands of Ari Sanchez and Agustin Tapia that drew the draw for the Qatar Airways Premier Padel finals, scheduled to take place at the Palau Sant Jordi from Thursday 19 to Sunday 22 December. The draw at CASA SEAT determined the quarter-final pairings, scheduled for December 19^th and 20^th. At stake, the last title of a great season, which will see the 16 best players in the FIP Race for 2024.

Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia, winners of 14 titles this season, nine of them consecutive, in the quarters they will face Paquito Navarro and Pablo Cardona (7), beaten in three sets in the quarters in the last Milano Premier Padel P1. Fede Chingotto and Ale Galan (2) will instead start against Momo Gonzalez and Edu Alonso (6), semi-finalist at Allianz Cloud in the last tournament.

In the women’s draw, Ari Sanchez and Paula Josemaria (1) will be back on court against Lucia Sainz and Patty Llaguno (6); On the other side of the draw, Gemma Triay and Claudia Fernandez will try to extend their winning streak already achieved in Acapulco and Milano in a quarter-final against Claudia Jensen and Tamara Icardo (7), with the Spanish who was left out of the Premier Padel Finals but took over from the injured Bea Gonzalez, with partner Delfi Brea playing as Veronica Virseda, from the number 3 seed.
