FIP Promotion Lustica Bay, the CUPRA FIP Tour also lands in Montenegro

For the first time, the CUPRA FIP Tour lands in Montenegro. This weekend the FIP Promotion in Lustica Bay will be played, with 23 men’s pairs at the start. The number 1 seed will be Italian Simone Cremona (number 111 in the FIP ranking) and French Johan Bergeron (151), followed as the number 2 seed by two Spaniards, Gonzalo Perez Arbona and Ricardo Martinez. French pairs number 3 (Maxime Moreau and Julien Seurin) and 4 (Dylan Guichard and Maxime Joris) are also French, but there are also lots of pairs formed by local players ready to make a good impression.

The first matches of the main draw are scheduled for Friday, with the round of 16 and quarter-finals scheduled for Saturday and the final on Sunday. The FIP Promotion in Lustica Bay precedes by a few weeks another ‘first time’, that of a CUPRA FIP Tour tournament in Croatia, with the FIP Promotion in Porec.
