FIP Rise Allesvoorpadel, Gonzalez and Gil raise the trophy in the Netherlands

It were Spain’s Miguel Gonzalez and Diego Gil who won the FIP Rise Allesvoorpadel held in Lelystad (Netherlands). In the final, Gonzalez and Gil (who started as the number 4 seed) beat 2-6 6-4 6-2 Alonso Rodriguez and Daniel Santigosa, who were one game away from their third consecutive success on the CUPRA FIP Tour.

‘I’m very proud to have won this title, also because there is always more competition on the international circuit – Gonzalez said –. What could be better than winning next to a friend like Diego? Thanks to the family, friends, sponsors and people who support us”. Gonzalez climbs one position in the FIP ranking (from 96 to 95); Gil, on the other hand, gains four, up to number 81.
