FIP Rise Burriana, Perino from Sevilla to the CUPRA FIP Tour

After the show of the FIP Seniors World Padel Championships in La Nucìa (Alicante), padel is back in the Comunitat Valenciana with a stage of the CUPRA FIP Tour. In Burriana, a FIP Rise will be played with two draw of 32 pairs each: among the men, leading the entry list are Ignacio Piotto (number 104 in the FIP ranking) and Denis Perino (44), with the Italian just back from playing in the Sevilla Premier Padel P2. The number 2 seed will be Spain’s Pedro Vera (108) and Fran Ramirez (99). Argentinean Federico Mouriño, number 6 on the draw, will play with his brother Exequiel.

Among the women, Julia Polo Bautista (number 75 in the FIP ranking) and Lara Arruabarrena (61) lead, while on the other side of the draw are Spain’s Monica Gomez Rivas (85) and Brazil’s Manuela Schuck (65). After the end of the qualifiers, from Friday the tournament scheduled at the Espadel in Burriana will get into full swing. Round of 16 and quarters on Saturday, semifinals and finals on Sunday.
