Graziotti-Sinicropi united and winning

Champions without losing a set. Giulio Graziotti and Riccardo Sinicropi lifted the trophy in the FIP RISE in Sassuolo: the two Italians beat 6-4 6-2 Flavio Abbate and Nicolas Brusa in an all-Italian final, after having overcome the round of 16, quarter-finals and semi-finals without finding obstacles.

“After a few weeks apart, we are back competing together and we are champions of this great tournament – Giulio said to Riccardo –. I want to thank you for your incredible advice on and off the court, because now it’s not just about being playing partners, for me you are much more. A final played against two friends who by now need no introduction: you are playing at an incredible level, so it is always nice to compete against you”.

It was with Abbate as an opponent in the final in Sassuolo that Graziotti won the FIP RISE in Zurich. The Graziotti-Sinicropi pair, on the other hand, had also performed at the European Games in Krakow, wearing the Italy jersey.
