FIP PLATINUM, from 2 to 8 October a great show in Sardinia

Now it’s official: from October 2nd to 8th, the show of padel will be on stage in Sardinia, in Cagliari, with the FIP PLATINUM, the highest level tournament of the CUPRA FIP TOUR, the circuit of the International Federation that has more than 100 events distributed throughout the year in the five continents.

Two hundred points in the FIP ranking for winners, a prize money of 120,000 euros – equally divided between the men’s and women’s draw, who will play with a prize money of 60,000 euros each – for a week of great padel while the best players in the world will compete on the court for this FIP PLATINUM SARDEGNA.

It will be the TC Cagliari, already the scene of great padel events, to host the first FIP PLATINUM of the year, a great opportunity for players to accumulate points with the new ranking system made official a few days ago by the International Federation.

Two months before the CUPRA FIP Finals, therefore, the Tour makes a stop in Sardinia with a tournament of the highest level and a great opportunity to climb the rankings: in addition to 200 points for the winners, 120 are awarded to the finalists and 60 to the semifinalists.
