Koksijde, men and women both on court

The Tennis & Padel Club Koksijde is hosting a FIP RISE combined men’s and women’s draw this weekend. In the men’s draw, the Dutch Bram Meijer and Sten Richters lead the seeded list (although the highest ranked player is Belgian Jerome Peeters, world number 169), while both the pair initially at number 2 (Bressel Ambrosi/Reca) and the pair at number 3 in the seeding (Coello Manso/Fazendeiro) have withdrew from the draw.

In the women’s draw, however, with the withdrawal of Stephanie Weterings and Marcella Koek (engaged in the BNL Italy Major Premier Padel), the role of favourite has passed into the hands of Belgian An-Sophie Mestach and Helena Wyckaert.
