Gil and Sager lead the draw

After two PROMISES played in Eindhoven and Zeist, next weekend the Netherlands will also host a CUPRA FIP Tour main circuit tournament. A RISE is being played in Hoorn (at TPV Hoorn club), which comes a few days before the BNL Italy Major Premier Padel, and for some pairs will be warm up for the tournament scheduled for next week at the Foro Italico. Among them is the one formed by Spaniards Diego Gil and Nachi Sager, who lead the draw and recently won the FIP Star in Riyadh together.

Number 2 seed is Frenchman Jeremy Scatena who will play with Spaniard Fran Ramirez Navas, who won at Bordeaux and Il Bosco (Egypt) in the past weeks. Last week, Scatena played with other Frenchman Thomas Leygue, in Frihammen. Following, in the seeding, the Italians Lorenzo Di Giovanni and Daniele “Denny” Cattaneo, who will be on court some days before Rome’s Major, in which they have received a wild card.

Among the women, Dutch Stephanie Wegerings and Marcella Koek (winners in April of the FIP RISE Rocks Lane Chiswick) are the pair to beat: is Dutch also the second seeded pair, formed by Maaike Betz and Janine Hemmes.
