Back-to-back for Palma and Joao Pedro

Two titles in one week. It’s a magic moment for Stefano Palma Flores and Joao Pedro Flores who, a few days after lifting the trophy in the FIP STAR Nomos in Curitiba, also took the title in Rio Branco, Uruguay. The FIP RISE crowned the two Brazilians, who were the top seed in the draw and in the final defeated Frenchmen Julien Seurin and Manuel Vives in a match without history, which ended 6-0 6-1.
Stefano Palma Flores’ dedication was emotional: “Joao, you were impeccable from the beginning to the end: it’s nice to see you play like that. I dedicate this victory to my mother, the strongest woman I have ever known. The one who doesn’t put any effort into helping others and has the biggest heart in the world. I love you mum”.
