Last stage before the European Games

The last tournament of the CUPRA FIP Tour before the European Games in Krakow is being played in Cordenons, in the Italian region of Friuli Venezia-Giulia. Second competition in a row in Italy after the one in Porto Sant’Elpidio. Two draw will be played: a men’s one of 32 pairs and a women’s one of 21, will see some athletes ready to take off for Poland, where the European Games are scheduled next week. The centre court of the Eurosporting, with 300 seats, is ready to host a weekend of great padel.
In the men’s draw, Spain’s Miguel Angel Solbes and Miguel Gonzalez lead the seeded list, with Carlos Perez Cabeza and Italian-Argentinian Emiliano Martin Iriart number 2 in the seeding.
Among the women, however, Italy’s Lara Meccico and Valentina Tommasi lead the entry list, with Spain’s Maria Portillo Perez and Maria Pereza Arias on the other side of the draw.
